Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Description

  • Manages the company’s closing accounting entries, provide preliminary reviews and make appropriate adjustments to the company’s financial statements to ensure that they are accurate, reliable and in compliance with accounting policies, standards, related tax laws and regulations and are timely submitted
  • Supporting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Assist with preparation of end of month accounts, via posting of journals, input of expenditure accruals and reconciliations
  • Able to do Intercompany Fund Transfer, prepare weekly and monthly Intercompany confirmation, journal voucher / schedule.
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts: e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Revenue Department
  • Reviewing monthly withholding tax and VAT reports and ensuring compliance with Thai Laws and regulations and report tax and VAT in timely manner
  • Analyses and generate month-end financial report.
  • Assist in Fixed Assets & Equipment / Closing of AP & AR
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and accounting report.
  • Prepare reconciliation of bank statement

Qualifications

  • Age 33 – 45 years old, Male or Female, Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting Hard working, mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Minimum 15 years accounting, finance experience and Taxation
  • Good knowledge of MS office and accounting software. Strong computer operation skills
  • Capable of performing in-depth research, account analysis and reconciliation
  • Able to identify problems, develop solutions and implement actions to resolve issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
  • Good logic and systematic, positive thinking.
  • Good command in English both verbal and writing
  • There is own car , Driver license is required.

 

Human Resource Manager/ Assistant Human Resource Manager

Job Description

  1. Managing and executing recruitment, selection and hiring policies.
  2. Being responsible for compensation and benefit policy structure for executives and management level including employees.
  3. Training and Developing employees’ orientation schemes to foster positive attitude towards company.
  4. Reviewing and evaluating the employee performance, the existing HR process, policies and regulation practices to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance.
  5. Planning and executing the policies relating to all phases of human resources activities.
  6. Facilitating effective communication and staff relations across the organization.
  7. Maintaining an integrated HR development system and policy by aligning it to business policies.
  8. Other assignment.

Qualifications

  • Male or Female, age 35 years old up.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Political Science or related field.
  • At least 8 years’ of experience as a HR professional or HR generalist with 3-5 years in managerial level, preferably in Food Industry and/ or organization which has head quarter and a lot of branches.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law and employment legislation.
  • Good English communication abilities.
  • Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Proven team leader, able to work under high pressure.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, results-oriented, and act with a high sense of urgency.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, presentation and communication skills.
